An incomplete copy of the third edition of the manual for the Ludlow Typograph linecasting machine. It is missing its cover, page 1 (title page), and page 2 (contents page). When compared to a different, differently incomplete, scan of edition 3 of this manual the material common between the two matches exactly. This manual is interesting, in comparison to later editions, because it includes some operating instructions and it identifies separately certain structural parts of the machine which were not called out as separate items later.
